Tate McReynolds is a freelance photographer and videographer based in Gig Harbor, Washington, where she grew up exploring the forests, coastlines, and alpine lakes of the Pacific Northwest. After earning a degree in Film and Media Arts from the University of Utah, she returned home to keep creating and spending time outside. Her favorite activities include hiking, backpacking, camping, paddleboarding, and snowboarding—especially in and around Mount Rainier National Park. Tate always brings a camera on the trail, drawn to the challenge of capturing the landscapes she moves through. She’s also a self-described backpacking nerd who’s just as excited about gear as she is about the next trail on her list.
